Directed by Sam Aldridge, she sends a universal message of self-worth to fans in this impactful visual. Rather than changing herself to fit someone else's expectations, she knows she is meant for the person who will appreciate and love her for exactly who she is, inside and out.
The music video features people of all ages, sizes, genders, styles, and heritages, recognizing that everyone goes through times of self-doubt and lack of self-worth during their lives.
“The beauty of this song is that it can be interpreted in so many different ways. I hope it inspires people to be whoever they want to be, regardless of what others’ opinions are,” said Lakelin.
“I Ain’t For Everybody” appears on Lakelin’s self-titled debut album, released in July 2026, earning critical acclaim from Celeb Secrets, Country Now, Country Swag, Entertainment Focus and more.
This past Friday (10/23), Lakelin released a stripped-down piano version of “I Ain’t For Everybody,” written by Lemmings and Mike Mobley, alongside Ash Bowers.
